When your world collapses, Williamsons are there for you.
I needed help when my marriage abruptly ended with a text. After over thirty years of marriage and being in my Eighties, I needed advice and support. I was advised to consult Williamsons . They have advised and discussed everything every step of the way and carried out all the necessary paperwork required for a Divorce. They also have carried out all the work required to produce New Powers or Attorney and a new Will. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and expertise and courteousness.

Wills & Estate
Bethany Cox dealt with my late mothers estate which included a Spanish property; she has now helped me to deal with my Will and affairs after being diagnosed with cancer. I know that when the time comes Bethany will help navigate my family through the process with professionalism and empathy; to know they are in good hands and my wishes will be carried out as I want them. I highly recommend Bethany Cox and Williamsons for making everything easy and uncomplicated.

Sale of house
Following the death of my uncle, Bethany Dyson and Beth Cox and their teams, were very helpful. As I live eighty miles away I relied on them a great deal. They always kept me well informed about what was going on and helped me to fill in forms over the phone. Thank you to all the people involved.

My will
My solicitor Bethany was fantastic from start to finish, very thorough, professional and more importantly sincere, she put me in the right direction ( as requested by myself) to make sure my will was as I wanted and was happy with it.
Even though Bethany was the consummate professional you could tell she was a decent and caring human being.
I know my will,will hopefully last me a lifetime 🤣 I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend Williamson's Driffield branch to anyone.

Organising my Lasting Powers of Attorney
Bethany is a lovely person, very helpful, and guides you through all the options. I arranged my Lasting Powers of Attorney papers. It was done quite easily with all the explanations you need to know. I would definitely recommend her as she really helped me over so many issues.
