Not worth Tax payers money.
None of my evidence was supplied in the magistrate's court. I was advised to plead guilty to a crime and perjure myself in court. After a brief and brusque court hearing, I was found guilty of drinking and driving despite not being breathalyzed at the time, as I was at home when arrested. Sometime later !! I can only assume that because I got legal aid, it was not worth their time and effort. My conscience is clear however despite a driving ban.
