Slipshod Service Definitely Avoid

From the very outset, I have had to chase these solicitors every single step of the way for updates and information. Documents when sent were often incomplete, and or not, marked for signatures which meant me having to follow up with a call. The communications were awful and ommissions were common. When completion was made I had to chase again to get the full settlement of the account as what was sent did not show what was paid to Estate Agents and what was wired to the bank. Despite requests to the contrary payments were then made to the wrong accounts causing further delays. Sorry but I would not use the solicitors again for a house conveyancing.

Couldn’t recommend June Shires & Aimee Mcallister at Freers Askew Bunting more. They have been nothing short of Amazing from start to finish dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor / firm in what should have been a relatively simple chain. But we got there in the end, all thanks to the work of June & Aimee. Great communication all the way. This is the second time I’ve used FAB for a sale & purchase and I’d have no hesitation using them again. Thank you!
