    Avoid at all costs – turned a guaranteed win into a loss and billed me for it.

    I made the mistake of using National Accident Law to handle a non-fault accident claim. Within weeks, the other party admitted full liability, meaning the case was a guaranteed win. Somehow, through staggering incompetence and awful advice, National Accident Law managed to completely derail the case and turn it into a loss. Despite achieving absolutely nothing of substance, they are now demanding nearly £700 in fees for the "work" they claim to have done. So, to recap: I was involved in a no-fault accident, and I am now being forced to pay money out of my own pocket just to walk away from this absolute nightmare. Do not trust this company. They are: The solicitors have no idea what customers need. Impossible to get hold of when you actually need support. Capable of losing a guaranteed victory.

    I used National Accident Law for when I got knocked over at Aston Fields My representative was Shane Connelly He was very helpful nice and friendly to speak with And helped me through every step of the way with my compensation claim No issues whatsoever and anything that I was unsure of whether it was too big or too small he was there to help and put my mind at ease I would certainly recommend him again should an unfortunate event happen and the company Dan Butler Bromsgrove

    Had an accident during very cold dark early morning on my way to my workplace premise. Where I slipped on a slippery car park that was not grated and had my philtrum cut open with heavy bleeding which required me go to hospital for most of the day. Had recommendations from my friends and work colleague and did some research to put an accidental claim which came across NAL. To be honest, initially I did not think my case would go far. However with Ben and the team being encouraging and supportive during the process. I knew that if we had the right evidences to show my claim was worth going for. Although the process took a long time than I thought would take, I was impressed with the team throughout, never give up on me and tried get a positive outcome for me which we did in the end! I would advise if anyone feels their accident needs a claim. Go for it if you got the correct points and evidence for a positive outcome.
