    I recently had the displeasure of dealing with this firm of solicitors for a personal injury claim, and I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing, upsetting and frustrating experiences of my life. From the outset, their communication was appalling. I was constantly chasing them for updates, and when I did manage to get through, the information was often vague and unhelpful. Their legal advice seemed questionable at best. I have been dealing with this company since May 2024 and they seemed unwilling to put in the necessary effort to build a strong argument to the point that when the claim was due to go to court, they decided they no longer wished to work with myself and are now trying to charge me nearly £10,000 for their costs even though they are supposedly a no win no fee company. I felt like they were just going through the motions, with no real commitment to achieving a positive outcome for me. As a result of their incompetence, my case dragged on for over a year, incurring significant additional costs. In the end, I was left with no choice but to take a loan to pay £2500 to the defendant solicitor’s and I am now having to fight to not pay national accident law over nearly £10,000. I put my trust in my case handler who reviewed documents for myself and ensured me all was okay however they are now claiming I breached my contract with themselves which is completely untrue and extremely hurtful. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this firm to look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism and expertise will only lead to disappointment and financial loss. As a young woman, this has made me extremely suicidal as I am under immense stress due to their professional negligence. This company is trying to bully me into paying funds I do not have. If I could give them 0 stars I would! My biggest regret is ever having any dealings with this awful company and not reading reviews beforehand as this seems to be a common occurrence.

    Worst law firm ever

    Since my accident in 2022 where I was clipped by a cyclist and ended up with a fractured pelvis nothing has been done . When call to speak to someone , nobody picks up and answering machine tells you to leave a message to Andrew Rate which believe is not a real person. Then I log in into my account and ask for an update. I will automatically receive a reply we are working on it . Which I doubt. Honestly, NAL is the worst law firm I have ever come across.!

    A car drove into me whilst I was out riding my bike I tried a number of companies to help with my claim and it was not until I phoned NAC that i found someone who was prepared to help me The agent took my details and said they would handle everything From the date of the accident to an agreed settlement was less than 8 weeks. I work in an industry where I see claims take months even years to settle so to have mine settle within 8 weeks was nothing short of amazing My sincere thanks go out to NAC who handled everything for me Many thanks to all staff and God forbid I ever have another accident NAC would be my first call Highly recommended 10/10 Thank you
