Exceptional patience and service

Having just completed the sale of a property, which was long drawn out (by the buyer) Gaynor Hill and her team really helped the progress along. Easy to deal with and pleasant to talk to. I would totally recommend them to others, as they were recommended to me.

from 1995 to date, my family have found them to be an excellent firm

My parents first used the firm in 1995 when they were returning to Northumberland after their 11 year sojourn in Scotland – and I have to say both they and we in our turn have always been very satisfied with the excellent service we have received from them. Their professionalism and kindness in helping me when I had to take over the running of my mother's affairs, from selling her house as her attorney to dealing with probate when she died, meant a great deal of stress was lifted from my shoulders. I would recommend them.

Sale of House; smooth and faultless legal process

The sale of one's house is an anxious time and a safe and seamless legal process is essential to one's peace of mind. There were no heart-stopping moments; Sanderson McCreath & Ednie provided excellent, if, perhaps, an impersonal service. It seems to be the way in this modern age that everything is done online or via email. However, the outcome was perfect!

Delusional experience right from the beginning. Lack of communication and information, which I had to ask for continually. Terrible advice on the sale of our house for which we lost thousands of pounds. Mark Pentecost, I found rude and unhelpful, whilst in the 'waiting room' he didn't even say good morning. I wouldn't recommend them.

A great professional firm of solicitors. We found them extremely helpful and they kept us fully informed throughout the purchase of our house, which helped immensely in keeping the stress levels down. We thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need should arise.
