My father died earlier this year and Caroline Lee and Mark Pentecost helped me navigate the probate and conveyancing of his estate. They made a difficult time so much easier for me. The staff in the office are so helpful too. I have nothing but praise for this firm.

Delusional experience right from the beginning. Lack of communication and information, which I had to ask for continually. Terrible advice on the sale of our house for which we lost thousands of pounds. Mark Pentecost, I found rude and unhelpful, whilst in the 'waiting room' he didn't even say good morning. I wouldn't recommend them.
We appreciate you were dissatisfied with our service, but we worked incredibly hard to maintain positive relations with you throughout. The process was explained to you repeatedly, the necessary steps were again outlined to you, several times, as & when it was time to take such action. Further, you were made aware of all the issues surrounding the sale of the property & how best to achieve this. You chose to ignore the advice given & were then dissatisfied by the lack of an immediate result. In the circumstances we would ask that you remove your review as it is not an accurate reflection of the services provided.
A great professional firm of solicitors. We found them extremely helpful and they kept us fully informed throughout the purchase of our house, which helped immensely in keeping the stress levels down. We thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need should arise.

After writing my review Mathew Hay or the company could not explain why they were not communicating with us every time we rang, about my brother in law's estate , taking 4 years and no more forward ,had to ask for our outstanding balance after it not being sent to us . Absolutely awful company . Talk about money for nothing !!!!

My husband and I have been trying to sort my brother in laws estate out who died nearly 4 years ago .we are still no further forward ,we have rang and rang ,emailed and emailed Mathew Hay, left messages at reception so many times for him to ring back .nothing .no reply to emails . NOTHING ! This should not be happening .the reception said weeks ago that they were going to get him to ring asap. NOTHING !!!! The lack of communication is absolutely diabolical.which is causing us much stress after us both recovering cancer I would not recommend this solicitor
