Me and my partner were very excited to buy our first home together, however our bubble was quickly burst by this firm. We were recommended RAW Clark by our mortgage advisor so we thought they would be brilliant, how wrong we were. From the very get go we were treated as a nuisance. As first time buyers, we were very nervous and had lots of questions we had no clue how any of it worked or how we did things, every questioned I asked was answered as if I should have known the answer. We never had any updates and our portal was only updated when I rang up to ask. I only spoke to my actually solicitor once throughout the whole process as I could hardly get through the receptionists telling me they could answer my questions or my solicitor was to busy to talk to me and they would call me back in which they never would. We got sent all our documents to sign and send back, one of our main documents was missed off and when we did receive it and we signed it we were told we signed it wrong and had to re sign and send back again. We had no idea how to sign the document as we were not guided through it, in the end I refused to sign it until I was shown how to do it correctly. All this cost me a lot of money to send everything back to them each time. There was never an apology for anything. On our completion day we just got a simply blunt email to say ‘we have completed’ and that was the end for us. As a young couple buying their first house, we were so disheartened and let down by this soliciting firm, to be treated as a nuisance by your solicitors who not only you are paying an awful lot of money to, but you are putting your future house in their hands is so wrong. I understand we were not the only clients and they are a busy company, but we were never given the time of day. You should not take on so many cases if you can’t give your clients even 5 minutes of your day. They completely took away the excitement in this experience for us and I would highly recommend that if you are buying your first house and want a kind, caring and compassionate company who you are no trouble to stay well clear of RAW Clark and Co.

Avoid this solicitor, awful service we wait 6 months to get moved when we got told it should be sorted in 3 months. We had to keep phoning and pushing them to do searches and inquiries. The staff are rude when you try to talk to them and that's if you get a chance to speak to anyone half the time they would say they would ring you back and nothing.

Would just like to thank RAW Clark for there amazing service and help selling my house the whole process was dealt with In a timely & professional manner nothing was a hassle to them when I asked for help the secretary’s were so helpful & Diane was outstanding when I needed help also Emily & Jill was great at returning my calls highly recommend this firm thanks again

What an awful place, if you want 12 months of stress get involved

As of yesterday, my house sale is complete with Diane and Emily from RAW Clark helping me through every step of the way.

Taking into account COVID(which a lot of companies are using as an excuse for poor service), Christmas and New year holidays falling during the process, from start to finish Diane and Emily made the experience simple, straight forward and extremely efficient.

They were very responsive through email to any query I had, responding within 2/3 hours at the most.

For the reasons above, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Awful please avoid at all costs!! I can honestly say I have never felt more let down in my life. The lack of communication and any level of professionalism is staggering.

I have just seen the other bad reviews (I should have looked at these prior) and couldn't agree more. From my experience it's puzzling how any one can leave a good review. Most unprofessional firm I have ever come across and I would go as far as to say they should not be allowed to practice. Purple Bricks who instructed them (because of our option to defer their fee we had no choice) should carry some of the responsibility and really have critical look at this firm.
Too many issues to mention, in fact everything about them was totally unprofessional. As said in the title instruct these people at your peril
