Brady Solicitors have been absolutely brilliant in dealing with a number of cases for us, some of which have been extremely difficult and have had very little success with other firms dealing with the same. They keep us updated with regular detailed case progress reports without having to chase anything up and they are always more than happy to take the time to explain something to me so that I can make a better educated decision on a matter. I can't see us using anyone else for matters relating to leasehold property.

My aim was to gain legal advice about issues surrounding a small management company of which I am one of the directors, plus finding a solicitor who would act on my behalf should the need arise.   Initial contact with Brady solicitors proved to be a pleasant experience, Aditi Bilakha was very helpful and polite as well as regularly keeping me fully informed of progress and costs throughout my dealings with the company.  Telephone calls were answered quickly and politely, plus emails were answered promptly.   My telephone consultation with Emma Voce was very informative and helped enormously to allay my fears,  Emma was able to quickly access the Land Registry and pass on helpful information in addition to advise as to how I might carry the matter forward; along with the reassurance that I could contact her again at any time should things go wrong.  After the consultation Emma emailed links to Companies House and The Land Registry in order that I may know how to check these myself going forwards.

We’ve just used Brady Solicitors for our leasehold extension. We had initially been in contact with another firm to take this forwarded and were so bewildered by how they were taking forward the process, compounded by the lack of support whenever we asked for help, it led us to seek out another firm. Brady Solicitors were the complete opposite – giving me faith that it wasn’t just me! In a typical leaseholder action they were trying to recover legal costs generated 18 years ago, they led me to believe that if I furnished proof of that they would look at the case to negotiate but instead once I furnished the proof they sent off a Court application which cost £2,500 which now leaves me unable to trust them. My service business is now short of funds which has a detrimental effect on my ability to provide services.
