Ruth Pilling Kirkby in Ashfield branch. We have been delighted with the conveyancing service provided by Ruth and her team. We started the process in early March and moved early June. There is plentiful parking by the office so easy to drop off the required paperwork. Ruth was very approachable and responded quickly to any questions we had and also acted quickly on our behalf. We had a special request for extra time from exchange of contracts to completion and this was duly noted and we were kept informed as the exchange date approached. We felt fully informed and connected with the process at all times . Ruth also worked well with our estate agent and this ensured the sale went through smoothly .
