We will always be eternally grateful that Ffion Davies from Geldards was recommended to us by a SEND advocate, who was initially supporting us to obtain an EHCP and specialist setting for our child. From the outset, Ffion was warm, personable, professional and clearly knew her stuff! We felt the tension lessen knowing that we had someone like Ffion, from a reputable firm like Geldards, in our corner. No question was ever too silly and every answer was clearly explained so that we felt truly confident in how to proceed. However in no time at all, Ffion truly felt like part of the family. She got to know our daughter (who had decided she was making 'weapons' for the 'fight') and followed her superhero narrative, writing 'Top Secret Updates' to her about how she and her mummy were progressing the fight. Even her pet cat made an appearance as part of the superhero team! Ruby read the final update with a big smile on her face, at the news that the battle had finally been won, it was so emotional. Additionally, we had the wonderful benefit of working with Kate Hayes on this matter too, who was equally as lovely, professional and supportive. We hope that her time working our case may inspire her to support other parents like us in the future - as I said to her, this kind of work is life changing for everyone involved. We are still collecting ourselves after coming to the end of a very lengthy battle with our LA, but are ultimately thrilled that our daughter is now in the right setting for her and starting to turn a corner, with an EHCP confirmed, including all the provision she needs, thanks to the support of Ffion. Going through this process is gruelling for any parent or carer, but we felt very lucky to have worked with Ffion and Kate, who we would (and will!) recommend to anyone in our position. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!

I just wanted to say what a great service I received from Jen. It was a stressful period dealing with a large commercial lease, but Jen supported me throughout the process and made everything much easier to manage. She carefully reviewed the contract to make sure my interests were protected, identified potential risks, and clearly explained what changes or requests I should raise.
