Lizzie Kendrew and Grace Hardy great asset, very polite, communicative, prompt responses.. I could carry on till tomorrow.. Brady solicitors helping crooks ARMA managing agents to scam and rip off leaseholders. Helping them to collect falsely claimed service charge which are accounted using fake invoices. They will be reported SRA and exposed! And government will be notified.

My service charge arrears payment plan was handed over to Brady by my management company to which I arranged payment to be made over the phone every month. Since then, the process has been utterly disappointing and stressful - every time I call to make the payment, I am greeted with rude, child-like telephone manner, poor quality phone call connection, and I’m even sometimes told that my reference doesn’t exist or to just call my management company instead… even though Brady have been hired (god knows why) to handle this arrears discrepancy on behalf of the management company!!! I dread making the monthly telephone call to make the payment and the payment process does not feel secure whatsoever. You would’ve thought a solicitors firm would have some sense and manners, I don’t know where they got their qualifications but I’d advise you do not seek their service unless needs are absolutely dire and you are willing to deal with infants!!! Awful.
