Can't speak highly enough

I first contacted them in a 'panic'. Paul and Amrita arranged a sit-down meeting with me and discussed what was happening and what was required. I left with my nerves calm and knowing I was in trusted hands They didn't leave any stone unturned. Between Paul and Amrita, there was no detail they missed. Amrita's people skills were second to none and her knowledge is excellent. They dealt with my issues professionally and calmly and explained every step of the way. Excellent service. Thank you.

Small businesses, avoid these at all costs!

I wish I'd read the reviews online before appointing Mitchell Wilde to handle a case for us as they've really wasted our time and money the last 6 months. I first visited in March when I handed a case filled with evidence and paperwork that I was told was strong and sufficient. Every other week, I'm being asked for the same information I provided from the offset and we're still no further with the case. I've dealt with 3 people in the firm now, from a trainee (most polite) to the owner.
The owner Paul is extremely rude and none of their staff know any customer service, so I wouldn't suggest you ever question them on processes, paperwork or pricing as you'll get a snarky (if any) response. What a shame we had to go through all of this, we thought we'd found a local partner but I really want to protect other small businesses when I say, stay away.
