Kirsty came highly recommended to me, and I can honestly say she has been amazing from start to finish. Buying my first home felt really daunting at times, but Kirsty was always there whenever I needed her — whether that was answering calls, replying to emails quickly, or just keeping me updated and reassured throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, kept me in the loop at every stage, and made sure all the checks were completed quickly and smoothly. No question ever felt too silly or too small, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
