We were dealt with by Denise who seemed competent and polite. We were first time buyers, and therefore wasn’t 100% certain on the process and all the terminology, and explained this at the beginning of the process however she seemed, at times, very frustrated with us. At one point she complained about the overcautiousness of my partner (we only wanted to confirm something that had been incorrectly stated on a form) to my partner himself, as she mistakenly thought she was speaking with the vendors solicitor (they have the same name). Overall not the best but it did the job.
Highly recommend Neville from Challenors. He did the conveyancing for our recent house move (sale and purchase) and was incredible. He was efficient and thorough throughout the whole process and always responded to emails quickly. Having had real problems with conveyancing on previous house purchases through other firms, Neville was a breath of fresh air! I would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend Challenors.
