My tenant was proving difficult to vacate my property that I owned but wanted to sell as being a Landlord in todays world is pointless
I had to go through 14 months of legal and expensive advice from my Solicitor and believe that had I not done so the process would have taken even longer and left me severely stressed

We used Hayley Smith to help us complete the IHT400 forms and apply for probate after the death of my mother-in-law. Hayley was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Kenneth is obviously an experienced solicitor and well versed in explaining the process to his clients. He was efficient and it was generally easy to get to talk to him when advice was required or to check on the progress of the sale of our property. With no chains involved from either party, from accepting the buyers' offer to completion, took just 60 days.
