Great service from Sarah Dureau, and good value for money too. I got a free consultation to begin with, and the fees were very reasonable after. Most importantly, Sarah got for me the outcome I was hoping for. In short, the Army had failed to process my voluntary discharge, and kept me in administrative limbo for months. It was incredibly stressful, with the relationship having broken down. Sarah exerted just the right amount of pressure, found the right people and got it sorted within about a month of getting instructed. Not great to have these problems with the Army, but it’s such a relief to find a professional who sorts them out quickly and competently.
