Residential Property / Conveyancing

Our solicitor Rachel Wierzbinski was very knowledgeable about an issue that one lawyer I rang had no idea about. From warm and friendly receptionists, a top rate solicitor, and price promise that was delivered, I would trust totally to use again. Many thanks.

Sale & purchase

I could always relax, knowing that Debby would keep me informed as to the progress (or lack of it) even when progress was slow or non-existent. A big thank you to Debby for her conscientiousness and attention to detail.

Great service

After shopping around I was happy that the price for my lease extension was good, and I have experience of working with some Wace Morgan staff previously. The service was still above my expectations, avoiding extra costs.

Will and family provision

Caroline's advice particularly that I could make a new will in anticipation of marriage, most useful.
