    Restored my faith in the Criminal Justice System

    After being charged with criminal damage to a police station I was very close to pleading guilty until the team effort at Wade Solicitors turned the case around with their expert knowledge of Human Rights Law and Protesting, and after one mis-trial, I was found not guilty after a full trial. I felt as if I was being represented by the best lawyers that money could buy, yet they got legal aid for me. Restored my faith in the criminal justice system.

    Excellent solicitors

    Was represented in police station by Martin walker who gave me excellent advice for my interview! Also Martin resolved issues with a stubborn young police officer that was dealing with my case. Steve Scully represented me in court with professional advice to get my case resolved and have the best outcome possible!     Resisting arrest(Seriously)

    After being allegedly arrested for a charge which was dropped, I was eventually charged with resisting arrest. My initial thought was to plead not guilty and the matter taken to County court. After an hour and a half consultation with Stephen Scully, which consisted of many years of professional experience coming through along side slices of anecdotal witty banter, we concluded it was best to enter a plea of guilty. This proved to be priceless as not only was the charge decreased but also the fine. His expert consultation, taking the time to explain (although some of it hard to swallow) the law and how events are interpreted no matter, led to this and for that I am greatly appreciative.

    Criminal Law - Reckless driving with serious injuries

    Great firm with great solicitors which will protect your interest and will do all that is possible depending on your own circumstances to help you. I had direct contact with Mr. Scully which was very calming and helpful. He was always there when I was in need of an advice or question as this being my first time in court.
