Ended up dealing with 4 different fee earners over 14 months. Communication was poor. Spend lots of time chasing for answers. Even lodged a complaint, which wasn’t handled well. I definitely wouldn’t use again. The last fee earner was good but with the high turnover of staff it wasn’t not a great experience at a stressful time

Outstanding service, customer service is second to none. Professional quality people and excellent skills present in this practice. Reasonable pricing. No hesitation recommending this solicitors practice.
Highly recommend these solicitors to anyone, they were so helpful with a small certifing of forms I needed doing, not only were they willing to do it there and then but only charged me half the cost of what it should be, very professional and would instantly go back to them for anything else I would need in the future. I decided on Ash Clifford as my parents had used them for conveyancing on their property. The process was pretty seamless from start to finish and all requests were clear and quick to sort. There was essentially no pressure or need to chase things either.

Fairly awful. Dismissive, judgemental, complain about their workload and rude. At one point I had one of their solicitors raise their voice at me, and when I reminded them I was a victim of DA, they suggested I see a doctor.

We aquire them to carry out my Father's will. Started well, but then had long periods of on movement. Found out they did not have the staff to carry out work load. This was finally sorted. Went well from there once two good people were engaged.
