DO NOT USE ADMIRAL FOR INSURANCE

Admiral Law have point blank refused to contact me on numerous occasions. My car accident happened nearly 4 years ago. I cannot find a contact number for them online. I have left numerous messages, I have been promised call backs and this never happens. I am now in the process of contacting the financial ombudsman and financial conduct authority to make them aware of the absolute shambles Admiral law is. I recieved personal injuries through no fault of my own, I was a passenger in a car who was hit by another car. This company is absolutely shameful Please do ttaak car insurance with them as they will never pay you in cases of personal injuries!

Should be called joke law

4 years to settle a claim when someone hit me they told me to go 50/50 even tho I didn’t want to they would not chase cctv footage which shows I was parked and all they offer is £60 what a joke bunch of clowns working there who haven’t got a clue

Disgusting

I have had an ongoing claim with Admiral for 2.5 years. I've just had spinal surgery. I've never known such poor or uncaring service and I used to work in the big call centres that handle these claims many years ago. Its the polar opposite of Admiral insurance customer service and they are doing the insurance company a dis-service. I'm almost three years now and nothing at all moved on since May last year when I told them their "expert" was wrong and I had 3 slipped discs and not just whiplash after finally getting an MRI on NHS then paying privately to see a neurosurgeon as I was about to lose my job if I didn't get a diagnosis. Still waiting on an updated report from their new neurosurgeon expert who I finally got a appointment with in Jan. Apparently there's nothing they can do until the new report arrives. Which took them 6 months to get an appointment for! I'm now off sick following surgery for 6 weeks with no pay ... do they care? .. no. They gave £250 compensation for poor service and delays last year and assured me things would change. Yeah right.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give zero stars, I would. Admiral Law has been an absolute nightmare to deal with from start to finish. My claim has dragged on for nearly three years due to their incompetence, delays, and lack of communication. I have had to chase them constantly; otherwise, I wouldn't hear from them for weeks. They failed to gather crucial evidence in a timely manner, ignored obvious steps that should have been taken (such as contacting my mechanic sooner), and repeatedly asked me for information they should have obtained themselves. Their so-called "updates" were vague and unhelpful, and I was continuously finding new issues to complain about. When I finally took my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman, it became clear that Admiral Law had done everything they could to avoid accountability. In fact, they even attempted to bribe me into not escalating my complaint. If you’re in a similar situation, do not wait for them to do their job properly. Take your complaint to the Ombudsman straight away! This firm does not have their clients’ best interests at heart. If you are unfortunate enough to have them handling your case, act quickly, push for answers, and escalate your complaint before they cause you further frustration. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Disappointing, they said they'd fix everything and have had nothing

I recently got through to the complaint team as the service has been very bad - nobody ever available, never spoken to case handler, having to chase very often to get anything done. I was given an "action plan" which seemed very legitimate and was happy - however the plan never came to fruition. I've had to chase again and again, my case handler is constantly "out of office" and there is never anyone from "my team" available. I have now been told that one of my medical reports was wrong, and that I have to give further evidence - evidence that I have already previously given. There was a correction that was supposed to be asked for last week... calling up today, that has not been actioned. I can't get through to the complaints team anymore, my emails are ignored - apparently I can't be transferred to them, management or my team. I have to chase regularly for updates otherwise nobody does anything. The staff are very polite when you speak to them, but they don't actually help unless you call them to chase them - it feels unfair that I'm the one doing all the chasing, and putting a lot of time into making this work when they often ignore me.

Admiral law are Unprofessional and inhumane (AVOID AT ALL COST)

I'm looking to start up a group against the unprofessional and despicable way in which Admiral Law treat vulnerable people. I myself enjoy for that company to be closed down, and the solicitors who have caused so much damage to people, there wellbeing, and the after effects and misery them and their families have endured, from the Solicitors absolutely dibehaviour, and the disgraceful unprofessional way in which they treat clients, who they are there to help, , and get the right outcome and hope for the future. My story of my experience of Admiral Law is totally beyond words, and there are no current swear words strong enough of what could match the feelings I have for Admiral Law. Please please please contact me if you would like to be part of the group against Admiral Law, because I absolutely want to put an end to Admiral Law, and to involve the "SRA" for the way they defend Admiral Law. Please people, they are solicitors who are unlawful. Thanks John Hughes
