I cannot trust this so called firm
Client since 2022 , relatively simple RTA personal injury claim. The firm didn't do anything other than give me excuses.stikl unresolved

Claim settlement length and Negotiations accuracy
The staff were pleasant, but overall I wasn't happy with what they assessed and settled my injury on. I was involved in an accident May 2024, car was written off and I sustained a laceration wound on my arm where I am now left with a scar. I didn't have legal cover, so I was automatically put through to Admiral Law, as it's a free service. I feel they started negotiations too low and ultimately the final settlement was low, considering they take 25%. It took over a year to get to the settlement stage, it was already taking so long and I just wanted the claim to be over, I had hopes that they would negotiate bigger for me as It was a non-fault claim on my part and I was the only person with a laceration and now a big scar down my arm. I expressed my concerns about the amount and was ultimately told "Unfortunately, you've just got to deal with it, nothing you can do". They also signed me up to their portal where I would get no response for days. I feel they've benefited more off of my situation more than myself. I didn't know any better by going through Admiral Law, but I wouldn't have gone with them had I known and I wouldn't advise anyone else too, and also if you can, have legal & personal injury cover.

DO NOT USE ADMIRAL FOR INSURANCE
Admiral Law have point blank refused to contact me on numerous occasions. My car accident happened nearly 4 years ago. I cannot find a contact number for them online. I have left numerous messages, I have been promised call backs and this never happens. I am now in the process of contacting the financial ombudsman and financial conduct authority to make them aware of the absolute shambles Admiral law is. I recieved personal injuries through no fault of my own, I was a passenger in a car who was hit by another car. This company is absolutely shameful Please do ttaak car insurance with them as they will never pay you in cases of personal injuries!

Should be called joke law
4 years to settle a claim when someone hit me they told me to go 50/50 even tho I didn’t want to they would not chase cctv footage which shows I was parked and all they offer is £60 what a joke bunch of clowns working there who haven’t got a clue

Abysmal
Worst ever experience of an insurers legal department. Admiral Law is unprofessional and inefficient careless and reckless with people’s claims. They do not seem to care it has been over 4 years to settle a non flat claim where the 3rd party admitted liability. I don’t know what goes on in their offices but it’s not legal work!
