      Will and POAs'

      The overall process was efficient and communications from office, both Helen and Sally, were very good. I had put these tasks (POA & Will) off for many years as I found everything confusing and complex. However Helen asked the right questions, listened and gave very good advice, which enabled me to finally get a Will that made sense, along with the POAs'.

      Review of the Legal Support with Cla Trust and Legacy Planning Ltd

      Helen’s support to my wife and I was excellent, she demonstrated a clear and knowledgeable understanding of the complexity in dealing with these matters and combined that with a compassionate, well informed and patient manner. Her advice was always concise and well explained with a willingness to be questioned and elaborate upon legal issues with examples from experience of the subject. This approach was typical of what we have received from all members of the CLA staff and reflects upon the fact that the organisation is lead and managed to a very high standard.

      Excellent Service

      I have dealt with Helen Downes and Sally Lewis for more than seven years and have found them to offer excellent service with a personal touch. Due to their support and advice, I have been able to deal with some difficult problems associated with probate issues. Despite the many hurdles and problems along the way, they have been approachable, understanding and very patient. When Helen was unable to deal with an aspect of the probate, she was able to suggest the use of a second solicitor who was also a great help. Since sorting the probate issues, I have used their service to produce my will and LPAs. I have been very satisfied with the service provided to me.
