Darren has been working on my personal injury claim for several months. Although it took a long time for other people to provide the required details, I never felt that I had been forgotten because Darren provided regular, clear updates, even if it was just ‘no news’. He was extremely prompt in providing me with info when it arrived and in responding to my email. Today, the funds were received from the insurer and by this afternoon, the money was in my account.
