Alistair was born in Cardiff. He has lived all his life in South Wales – apart from whilst he was studying at college in Sheffield for four years, in the early 1990s. Ever since qualifying as a solicitor in 1997 he has worked in the claimant personal injury area of law. Alistair was one of the founding partners of Mooneerams solicitors in 2002. At the time it was the only law practice in Wales that dealt solely with personal injury claims on behalf of Claimants – and 18 years later, that still remains the case! Alistair is now the Managing Director of the firm. He has a fierce passion for helping individuals to get the compensation that is rightfully due to them, whether they have been involved in road traffic accidents, accidents at work or accidents in public places. Having lived in South-East Wales all his life, Alistair is committed to local issues and the local community. He and Mooneerams are strong supporters of grassroots sports in the region. Alistair is also a champion of independent local business in the area and believes that they are the lifeblood of helping the region maintain its unique identity. Away from the office, Alistair would describe himself as a ‘football fanatic’ who follows both Cardiff City and Wales, home and away. He is a regular panel member of a weekly local radio phone-in show, dedicated to all things Cardiff City!

Following a chance conversation with a friend regarding the lack of progress in the way my claim was being dealt with by another solicitor, it was suggested that I had a meeting with Alistair at Mooneerams.
WOW!!!
The professionalism I experienced by comparison was off the scale. Not only was Alistair present at the meeting but also present were Angus and other selected members of the Mooneerams team with the background and experience of similar cases.
Alistair and the team clearly understood the situation, provided me with advice and understanding, and very importantly with a clear plan of how the team would deal with everything.
Result !!!!!
In six months the team at Mooneerams have achieved what the previous solicitor
could not even get close to in the three years they were engaged.
Furthermore, the communication at all stages was exceptional. I was kept informed of progress every step of the way throughout the process.
