Totally Professional in every aspect
Following a chance conversation with a friend regarding the lack of progress in the way my claim was being dealt with by another solicitor, it was suggested that I had a meeting with Alistair at Mooneerams. WOW!!! The professionalism I experienced by comparison was off the scale. Not only was Alistair present at the meeting but also present were Angus and other selected members of the Mooneerams team with the background and experience of similar cases. Alistair and the team clearly understood the situation, provided me with advice and understanding, and very importantly with a clear plan of how the team would deal with everything. Result !!!!! In six months the team at Mooneerams have achieved what the previous solicitor could not even get close to in the three years they were engaged. Furthermore, the communication at all stages was exceptional. I was kept informed of progress every step of the way throughout the process. In summary, I would have no reservations recommending Mooneerams to anyone. These people are the real deal. Thank you.
