worst company
Taking cases from Royal college of nursing but unable and incapable to deal with cases. Taking lots of time to respond. Generally work is done by a revolving set of paralegal staff, no allocation of solicitors to deal with my case and seems nobody is interested to understand the case. No reply to emails, staff using several names of firms, keep clients in dark. Unable to contact on phone, no reply emails, when tried to call phone gets cut off. Feel frustrated and awful. No update about case. Suggest you try somewhere else for proper legal advice and action.
