They tried to bully me into settling out of court
Runnymede had my case for two and a half years. When it came time for court they tried to coerce me into settling for a pittance claiming it was a reasonable offer. I had to find another solicitor at last minute and found out they had not prepared any witness statements, and had failed to meet deadlines or make new ones on occasion. I was funded by my home insurance and that was used to leave me feeling as if I had no choice because of the threat to withdraw my funding. I won my case monumentally for direct disability discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments, and other counts that for some reason I am unable to name here as the message comes up that I am using derogatory terms. My former employer was found to have wrongfully dismissed me because of my disabilities too. My case had an abundance of material evidence from my HR files, emails, messages, and audio files. I have selected below not satisfied with the outcome but when I had a last minute change of solicitors, things went really well. I was not happy with the way Runnymed treated me. My trial lasted eight days.
