I would particularly like to thank Keeli ( director ) and Nicola Fleming for not only believing in me but providing me with legal advice and guidance in dealing with what was a contested case throughout. I am a solicitor myself but with no experience in this particular area of law, (this does not make me a good client !!) From the day I was introduced to Nicola, my stress levels reduced drastically and the process, although not necessarily straightforward, became so much easier, every stage was discussed with me and steps agreed before they were taken. I had absolute faith in her ability due to her vast knowledge, experience and her ability to explain the options to me and the reasons behind each choice. I would highly recommend both of them without any hesitation whatsoever.

I had a serious motorcycle accident where a car had pulled out on me and I had to swerve to avoid a side on impact but was unable to control the slide resulting in a broken collar bone, several broken ribs and a collapsed lung. The car driver disputed liability so my insurer footed the bill for repairs. Unfortunately, I didn't have personal accident insurance but OCL stepped in and offered me cover via an ATE Policy. OCL were absolutely first class throughout. I'd never had a serious accident before and was a little wary at first that I could be landed with costs. Claire reassured me and ordered additional scans, physiotherapy and even some counselling to get me back on my bike. Then Brett Fleming took over and was absolutely excellent. He really drove the case forward, explaining both positive precedents and potential litigation risks along the way and helped me make informed decisions. He succeeded in getting a settlement that I am absolutely delighted with. Thanks OCL and particularly Brett!!

I was the victim in a no fault accident. Other party admitted full liability. Witness corroborated. Claim for write off paid. Travel expenses on the day were not. Car hire charges were not settled, and although paid by my insurer claims service, One Call Claims, as it was in my name, I was involved in subsequent court case. This whole series of events took 20 months, the solicitors involved for the last 15 months. Throughout the entire process there seemed little or no communication between the claims service, the solicitor and me. On the day of the court case, where I had to travel at my own expense, the barrister seemed to be bullied by the other sides barrister, eventually capitulating before the case actually got to the courtroom. I received no travel expenses for the day of the accident, even though the papers I received showed the defence agreed to them in part! I lost money, and wasted time and suffered inconvenience, down to their incompetence.

Rob Frost has been thoroughly supportive with an experience I never thought I would have to go through. Rob has kept me regularly updated on any developments with my claim and spoke to me at length over the phone to clarify issues I couldnt quite grasp. Rob is polite well spoken and is a really good listener. Although I considered a independent Solicitor at the begining, due to the increasing complexities of my case. I am so very happy and satisfied that I chose to stay with Rob Frost.

I dealt with Maya Singh who has been exemplary, she explained everything in a straight forwad way that I could understand. She is a star.
