I had a very disappointing experience with this firm and with director Aziz Arshad Hussain. In my case, communication was extremely slow — at one point it took around 12 months for them to respond to the buyer’s solicitor. Emails often went unanswered, and when I called, I sometimes encountered unhelpful or abrupt responses. I later discovered my file had been closed without anyone informing me, which caused further delays and confusion. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this solicitor. This is a worst solicitor, When talking to a rude lady she cut the phone. She cannot answer why she never wrote to say they closed the file. You lose your money dealing with them. Two years they deal with a case. Ackmed

Poor communication never answer the phone or reply to emails it took over 6months to complete the sale of my property no chain so it should have been strait forward. Ash has no phone manners and his staff don’t have a clue what they are doing , my advice is to anyone DO NOT use Right legal

What a sham of a company. I was assigned Right Legal after using Home Legal Direct. I was selling my house to someone and that was the the chain - I wasn't buying another property. It should've been straightforward but Ash, the 'solicitor' was just something else. Everything was done on his terms. He delayed answering the enquires and refused to set an exchange date, saying we can exchange and complete the same day even though everyone else wanted the standard exchange one day and complete the following week so at least it was legally binding. After ignoring numerous requests he gave a date for exchange and completion on the same day - in writing on email - which was also confirmed to my buyers solicitor. The day before he mentioned on a call I made to him to check that all is set, he told me he wouldn't be working the next day due to a religious day so no completion will happen! After myself and my buyers solicitors made it clear we were unhappy, he agreed to do it and made out like he was some kind of saviour and doing me a big favour. It's a horribly run company, emails are blunt and unprofessional too. Totally avoid.

My experience with Right Legal Solicitors has been overwhelmingly negative. In my opinion, the service felt careless, disorganised and far below what I would expect from a professional firm. I repeatedly had to chase for updates, deadlines drifted without explanation, and the communication I did receive was often unhelpful or incomplete. Documents provided to me contained multiple mistakes, which gave me little confidence that my case was being handled with the attention it required. At no point did I feel that my matter was being prioritised or managed competently. Based on my personal experience, I consider their service extremely poor and would strongly advise others to think very carefully before instructing this firm

Used this firm 3 yes ago for a house sale - appalling service. Took them to the ombudsman who recently found in my favour and awarded costs. I’d advise anyone else who is unhappy to do likewise!
