Found this company online. Ended up having various legal advisors work on my claim as it seems Yours Lawyers have issues with employee retention.

My claim was drawn out and I wasn’t taken seriously when I told them I wanted to make a part 36 offer.
Finally when the case come to a close I was somewhat ‘forced’ to accept the ridiculous offer proposed to me. Whilst Your Lawyers looked forward to a huge payday off of the back of my injuries and tears.
Avoid. Avoid!!!!!
Not to mention the ‘success fee’ which is astronomical my view.

For fair and impartial advice your better off going with Slater and Gordon solicitors.

updated review from my last review .i today was threatened with high court legal action for defamation, this for telling the truth of my treatment by your lawyers.all i stated in my last review is factual evidence based that would be defended in any court ,i pointed out my concerns that their employee and my solicitor who had daily conduct of my claim was being dishonest which was further proven to be so when he had been let go by your lawyers and the other sheffield firm where he was a consultant ,if there was no dishonesty then why was he let go by both firms same month ,i could name names and show screenshots along with recorded calls but thats for the legal ombudsman.dont be bullied for speaking out no matter how small you think you are regards.

3.5 years down the line of v media breach. Now have a letter back to square one. No call.backs. fraudulant company in my eyes

Your Lawyers took on my case, they put my mind at ease from the first phone call and were kind and Professional. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed through out the whole process. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Your Lawyers were great from the first phone call to the end result. Very professional and kind, they put my mind at ease and kept me upto date through out. They made sure i got the outcome I deserved and wouldn't settle for less.
I would definitely recommend Your Lawyers to my friends and family and if I ever need a lawyer I know where to come.

Approached due to virg media case 2 years ago. Poor communication, no progress at all. But I'm sure they will be happy to take excessive fee!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Absolutely terrible!! My case went on for almost 4 years and very little communication from them! They advised me to settle my case … informed me that they would reduce the fees down to 70% in-line with the other companies involved with my case due to them advising me to accept a much lower figure but they still took 25% … also as I was going through a mental illness and my Mother In Law was very poorly I think they took total advantage of my situation to get me to sign something quickly so I didn’t realise what I was signing.
Several times I was emailed in error sending me details / prices charged that I disagreed with!!
I am waiting for the Ombudsman to contact me regarding this case!!
THEY HAVE TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR CLIENTS!! Only interested in taking YOUR money and adding to your misery!!

this is the second review that i have left,( as i have had 2 claims ) i cannot praise these guys enough.
I was lucky enough to have Helen Slack acting for me both times, not only did she get me a better outcome than i expected ( both times), she also talked me through the whole process so that i could understand what was happening. these guys are the real deal and i would like to say a massive thank you to Helen for all her hard work. Highly recommended
