Very poor service
Made an appointment at this Solicitors, Elisa Ball , for probate, she had us the family doing all the work, the only thing she did was fill in forms in the bereavement package, that has been returned to us because she put the dates on forms before probate was granted, and she was totally rude to Stoke-On-Trent finance department,and because we complained about the poor service , she terminated the service stating we were rude. on contacting Ian Ashley ( another director as well as Elisa Ball) about the returned forms for been filled in incorrect, he sent me a letter stating that we had done it? And because we complained they are no longer interested, even though they took full payment of £900.00 We are now in complaining to SRA.. who state we have a case.. STAY AWAY & GO TO A PROPER SOLICTOR
