I found Clowes & Co to be extremely efficient and so helpful and friendly, They are very fast and totally efficient to get the job done, always available if I needed to speak to them and regularly kept upto date with how things were progressing. I would absolutely recommend these solicitors to anyone with full knowledge they will definitely not disappoint. We hadn’t moved house for sometime and needed a solicitor. We found a gem with Clowes and co they were absolutely brilliant held our hand through the whole experience and were always there to answer questions both quickly and accurately. I chose this solicitors for convenience through the free will writing service for my mum. However I was blown away by the friendliness of every single member of the team that we interacted with. My mum went into hospital shortly after that and when she cam out she wasn’t as mobile. So Emma very kindly offered to do a home visit and I was so impressed. We had an 11 month moving process due to a long chain, the top falling off and then our buyer losing his mortgage. Clowes were with us through the process, happy to advise and explain in non legalese when we needed it. Tireless, especially through the very frustrating late stages. We spoke with Sona and Emma frequently and really appreciate their patience with us.

We are first time buyers and we had Emma as our solicitor. For us, it was pleasure to deal with Emma, we heard mixed stories when dealing with solicitors in general that it was the trickiest, often slowest part of the process. This wasn't the case at all, everything we needed to know was explained well and dealt with promptly in a friendly manner. We would recommend and use again if we needed to.

I used Clowes & Co for the sale of a property and the service I received was excellent. Everything was done promptly and I was kept fully informed throughout the process. Emma, in particular, was really good and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. There were few issues created by the buyer's chain but Emma was straight on it and everything got resolved. I would use Clowes again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
