I chose this solicitors for convenience through the free will writing service for my mum. However I was blown away by the friendliness of every single member of the team that we interacted with. My mum went into hospital shortly after that and when she cam out she wasn’t as mobile. So Emma very kindly offered to do a home visit and I was so impressed. Would highly recommend this solicitors. They made our first time buying experience very straightforward and the whole team were very helpful. Special mention to Gemma, Alison Abbots and Emma Hampson. They were very responsive and couldn’t do enough for us. To top it off, a few days after we moved into our home we received a welcome gift with a lovely Tea Towel with Percy, the friendly solicitor dog, on the front. A lovely little touch!
