I was recommended Clowes & Co by a friend for conveyancing. It was the best recommendation. I was buying a house on my own after a divorce so the process seemed very daunting to me. The team took the time to talk through and explain everything to me in simple terms which really put my mind at ease. They were easy to contact, replied quickly and good value too. I chose this solicitors for convenience through the free will writing service for my mum. However I was blown away by the friendliness of every single member of the team that we interacted with. My mum went into hospital shortly after that and when she cam out she wasn’t as mobile. So Emma very kindly offered to do a home visit and I was so impressed. I felt it was more than just a personable experience . Thank you so very much

I’ve left a private feedback for the firm to reflect on but overall I would not recommend this law firm. The firm’s approach to our case was lazy and disappointing. They need to work on their communication and duty of care to their clients.
