I was recommended Clowes & Co by a friend for conveyancing. It was the best recommendation. I was buying a house on my own after a divorce so the process seemed very daunting to me. The team took the time to talk through and explain everything to me in simple terms which really put my mind at ease. They were easy to contact, replied quickly and good value too. I chose this solicitors for convenience through the free will writing service for my mum. However I was blown away by the friendliness of every single member of the team that we interacted with. My mum went into hospital shortly after that and when she cam out she wasn’t as mobile. So Emma very kindly offered to do a home visit and I was so impressed. I felt it was more than just a personable experience . Thank you so very much

I used Clowes & Co for the sale of a property and the service I received was excellent. Everything was done promptly and I was kept fully informed throughout the process. Emma, in particular, was really good and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. There were few issues created by the buyer's chain but Emma was straight on it and everything got resolved. I would use Clowes again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
