I was acting on my sisters behalf, and was confronted with issues I have never before experienced. After a 30 minute consultation with Jemma Wright it was obvious they were the solicitors to act on our behalf. The issues were explained step by step and the pressure I felt under was greatly reduced. Honest and realistic time scales were given which were stop on, as we lived 300 miles apart Jemma was always on the end of the phone if I was unsure and stock phrase was (if not sure just call). I cannot thank her enough for what she and Russel and Aitken have done

Yesterday I had a visit with a solicitor who was supposed to take care of my divorce. Fifteen minutes of conversation for free. For 5 minutes he collected all the information needed to give an opinion that a divorce is impossible because one of the children is out of the country with his father. Nevertheless, he dragged the conversation under the pretext of inserting data into the data system to cover the costs of the trial by the state. In the reservation I had to pay 42 pounds. This is an incorrect attitude of an official who should represent the law and not stretch the singiel mother.

Professionally and seemlessly set up a personal injury trust, new will and power of attorney for myself. No headaches and minimum fuss. Reasonably priced too considering the amount done. Couldn't fault it.
