AVOID. Disgusting experience late last year and early 2026 with their female solicitor Ms Harris - the first meeting conducted in the corridor with three representatives from our charity, she spoke in a derogatory manner to do with a letter. The letter was paid for but it was wrong so the second time, tried to charge again…at the second meeting, again in the corridor, ended in her shouting along said corridor and not listening to anything regarding the situation. She ripped up paper work as she shouted along the corridor. Explained this is ridiculous service. We would advise no one to use this service. We ended up going elsewhere and received a 5 star service, and at a fraction of the cost.
