We were recommended to contact Barton and Hendry by our mortgage advisor to find a solicitor to help us buy our first home and we’re so glad we did! Suzanne from Barton and hendry was absolutely amazing and we are so grateful for everything that she had done for us. We had saw a lot online about the stresses of buying a house and the stresses of not having any contact from solicitors and this worried us, but I can honestly say the whole process was stress free and Suzanne kept us up to date throughout it all. She would respond to our emails as quick as she could and reassured us when needed. I can’t thank Suzanne enough for all her work, we really are so grateful.

This year I bought my first house and had very little clue on the process. Laura Scott at Barton and Hendry could not have been more helpful, patient, friendly and professional. She explained every part of the process and answered ever question I had not only professionally but with genuine care and clarity and helped me buy my first house which I adore ! I could not recommend her enough.

When I was looking to sell my house, Barton & Hendry and Suzanne were recommend to me and what a great recommendation it turned out to be. Suzanne and Holly were both great to deal with, very friendly and efficient. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I am now using Suzanne again for a house sale and purchase for my mum and dad. I would definitely recommend Suzanne and Barton & Hendry.

The transaction was slow to begin with due to delays with buyers bank I believe but in the end the deal was concluded ..
