Laura Scott, who is based in the Stirling branch of Barton and Hendry, handled the sale of my house and purchase of my next house. She provided excellent service throughout the process. Laura kept in regular contact giving progress reports every step of the way. She responded promptly to emails and any queries I had. It was my first house move in 30 years and Laura made it much less daunting than I had anticipated. I’m very happy with the service she provided.

I dealt with Laura Scott, who is excellent. Quick responses to phone calls and emails and explanations of the process in a calm, polite and friendly manner when I had questions were all very much appreciated. I also met Laura in person at her office, where she continued to be very friendly and helpful. The whole house selling process went smoothly and stress-free thanks to Laura.
