What can I say ! From the second I spoke with Sophie I knew that she had my best interest at heart. I was in a really difficult and upsetting place with the sudden loss of my mum and she guided me through everything . She was always at the other end of a call or email with answers to all my questions and on I even needed her for extra duties when it was time to sell my mums house.
