They don't respond for weeks at a time and our solicitor was annoyed when we started actually pushing her to do something.

I am very happy with the conveyancing service provided by Core Legal York Office - they did an excellent job in conveyancing my purchase of a property.

It took less than 7 weeks to complete on the 31 March 2025 just in time right before the increase in Stamp Duty taxes, saving me in higher SDLT.

It took Core legal 6 weeks to complete my purchase. I was referred by my broker who stated they completed all his clients really quickly, I checked the reviews and was a little nervous but trusted his judgement. First week, I missed the digital profile log in details, once I logged in and completed all the documents, it took Vivi exactly 5 weeks to finish everything. I collected my keys today. They never missed a call or email from me, the digital profile was telling me exactly at what stage we were at and what to expect next. I would strongly recommend in not using them, I had to deal with the documents and majority of the sale, they were delaying it and had I not chased I would not have brought the property in time. They taken almost three years to provide the title reg which I had to chase on. Not good at all and I’ve asked my mortgage advisor to not provide them to other customers.
