This was a probate sale and I didn't feel that there was any understanding or compassion from Core Legal at a very difficult time. Communication was very poor and there was no consistency in staff dealing with the sale. On several occasions the only way I could get any response was by complaining to my Estate Agent who contacted them directly. That said however, once Sally Crone became involved it was a completely different experience. Sally was professional, kind and helpful; forgiving my frustration she kept me in the loop and well informed to the end and worked tirelessly to complete on the final day despite a last minute hiccup between Core Legal and the Probate solicitor. It was such a relief to have her on side at such a traumatic time. Thank you Sally!

Successful and timely completion of sale

We have worked with Suresh and Katherine previously so when we needed conveyancing services again we didn't even think twice to get in touch. Nothing is too much trouble from anyone on the team. We worked predominantly with Katherine this time and she is honestly an asset to the company, so friendly and helpful, always willing to explain anything you need, or just build your confidence back up when you are struggling with other parties in the chain. Suresh will always get things straight back on track and work with other companies/parties to ensure nothing is missed and the chain completes as quickly and suited as possible.

Everything was completed with minimal fuss and on time. The conveyancing charges were similar to other solicitors, but communication could have been better towards the final exchange day. I appreciate that a Friday is a busy day, but it was an added stress that could have been avoided. On the whole though, they did all that was required. Thank you.
