Me and my partner had a very stressful experience when using these solicitors. A week before we completed, they refused to answer any calls and didn’t answer any of our emails. We were first time buyers and only wanted to know the next steps but were denied any answers. This was very stressful and resulted in me having to turn up to the office. They were also not getting back to the sellers solicitors resulting in myself getting calls from their estate agents as they wanted to know if I knew anything going on which I didn’t.
Our quote was also changed and only found out when they sent the invoice through for us to pay as it didn’t match up with the original quote. I then had to call up and ask why my balance was over a hundred pounds over the original price. This in my eyes is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
My solicitor was Ashleigh and the top solicitor was called suresh.
Would never use again and wouldn’t recommend

I would like to thank Zoe Walker at Core Legal for her excellent work, professionalism, kindness and understanding, especially on those occasions when I must have asked what could have been construed as pretty silly questions! At a time when things were very stressful and anxious, I always felt that however busy Zoe was, I was always lent a sympathetic ear which was very much appreciated. I hoped for total support from Core Legal when I instructed them, I got so much more. I would highly recommend Zoe from Core Legal and would definitely use them again in the future. Many many thanks again for everything, you were brilliant. You are a STAR and an asset to Core Legal.

I used these solicitors when selling my house. I highly recommend them. They were professional from the first encounter. Nothing was ever too much trouble and my calls were always returned very quickly. They made my house sale process easy and I had minimal stress during what I thought would be an extremely stressful period.

I used Core Legal recently for the sale of my rental property and they were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Sally Crone was brilliant and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I have since recommended Core Legal to a neighbour who needs to have similar help and won’t hesitate to recommend them again in the future.
