A Gentleman & A Scholar

Many thanks to my duty solicitor - Jeremy Kendall - when I was falsely accused in very trying and upsetting circumstances. He handled the whole matter with great sensitivity and professionalism and made sure everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. The outcome was as he had predicted and as justice demanded and I thank him not only for his professional abilities but for his support and belief in my innocence.

poor communication re costs

Although I liked my solicitor, Alma, I was very disappointed that she did NOT keep me informed of costs and it ended up being TWICE the quote with no warning. I had made it clear I was on a budget, and assumed wrongly that she would let me know if costs exceeded the quote so I was prepared and more mindful of not sending emails to her.
