Tracey is an extremely competent professional. She acted for me on the sale of the family home and purchase of my new one. Everything was done accurately and to speed (which was an important demand made by both my buyer and seller). Any questions I had during the conveyancing process, Tracey answered them very efficiently and in plain English - especially where I was not sure of the meaning of certain legal terms/expressions. Tracey had my full trust and confidence when acting for me. If I were asked how Tracey/Gowen & Stevens could improve based on my experience, I would have to say, "It's impossible to improve on perfection!" Well done Tracey and thank you and your team for all you did to deliver my aspiration of buying the property I did.

We used G&S for a simultaneous sale and purchase. Had a wonderful intro to Nikki who explained everything to us and got us on board, and worked with Angela and Koysor on our sale/purchase. Angela was right with us when our sale and purchase fell through (no fault of G&S whatsoever) and provided reassurance and support above and beyond what we expected. When we found another property, we were under a very tight timeframe to purchase. G&S moved really quickly to help us secure our dream home - from offer accepted to completion in 7 weeks which is extraordinary. Our thanks goes to the team at G&S - these processes can be stressful but ultimately they got us the outcome we were hoping for and we’re extremely grateful for that. Would use again.

Complicated transaction with lots of gaps, which were dealt with professionally by Koysor. Very responsive and provided good advice throughout the buying process from a developer. I have used this firm in the past and will do so again in the future.

Gowen and Stevens were brilliant to work with, holding our hands throughout the way and providing lots of info to ensure we knew what was happening each step of the way. The app provides a great way to track the process and stay up to date with on-going activity. Neve managed our sale and was brilliant, incredibly helpful, calm and reliable. Can not recommend her enough.

We have just competed on a house sale. Before all the Covid-19 issues happened, we are already so impressed by Louise & Cathy. Any questions were dealt with by return. After we went into lockdown and everyone was working from home, that brilliant level of service didn't slip - any questions / concerns we had were dealt with so quickly. Louise and Cathy make a brilliant team. To get a completion in these circumstances has been quite something. I appointed them on the recommendation of an estate agent (Williams Harlow) and for the fact they were a couple of minutes walk from my office in Cheam Village - but in the future, we won't look anywhere else - they are the best Conveyancing solicitor we've used in 20+ years. I really would highly recommend them.
