    Excellent supportive professional

    I was very lucky to be referred to Rebecca for the both the purchase of a new property and the sale of another. Both processes were protracted and made difficult the purchase due to finance company requests the sale due to a very poor legal support on the buyers side. Rebecca worked to resolve both issues in a very calm professional manner coping with my anxiety during it all. Rebecca was friendly supportive but also very clear I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you.

    Efficient but poor communication

    RRL Legal were recommended via our estate agent. While all searches and documents came back as expected within a reasonable timeframe, the quality of written communication & lack of ability to answer the phone (both direct line and the company main number) was awful.
