I had a very complex situation where my financial settlement was coming a long time after divorce. After many attempts, several years and lots of money spent - to get almost nowhere, Marcus Stanton took up the challenge and was a huge help in getting this over the line and finalised. Working with a pretty unique set of circumstances - Marcus was ever practical and looking always for sensible options for resolution in the fastest and most economical way possible. In the practise this included backing mediation for some areas, working closely with my ex partners team but chasing for conclusions where necessary. Coming to a reasonable solution and avoiding a full court legal process and costs associated. Very quick to respond and move things forward at every opportunity and offering advice but also options at each stage of the process - many thanks to Marcus in helping steering this to conclusion.
