Excellent communication from Kevin both written and verbal, all questions and queries were answered promptly and professionally. Malinga, Tyana and Kevin were helpful, professional and did a great job.

I had a very disappointing experience with Muve, particularly with the handling of my case by Shovana Rodrigo. There were serious issues with my conveyancing that should never have occurred. My property was not registered with the Land Registry in a timely manner after completion, which exposed me to unnecessary risk. More concerning, an outstanding charge on the property was not identified or cleared before completion. I only discovered this later when trying to remortgage, which caused significant stress and delay. I ultimately had to pay the charge myself out of pocket. In addition, Muve have failed to respond adequately to my complaint and have not followed their own complaints procedure, which has only added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of due diligence and follow-through resulted in financial loss and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Muve's service has been worth every penny!  I've never had to chase anything up, Dilusha and Mithsuka have both kept me fully informed every step of the way and have been very kind and friendly.  I was a bit anxious of the process, as this is the first time I've bought a property alone, but I needn't have worried! Muve weren't the cheapest of the quotes I got, but they certainly weren't the most expensive either. Well worth the cost, which is still reasonable.
