Don't use these misogynists if you support BAME and human equality

Simply dreadful, conniving and insensitive in the case of family death. I cannot think which idiot recommended them. Appalling in terms of equalities, when ironically they are based in one of the most multiracial parts of the UK. They are so misogynous that they ignore the title "Ms" on government documents, so they have no concept of gender equality. All LBGTQs must avoid them to avoid being offended. They were so insensitive that they notified my family of the reading of our relative's will on the exact 1st anniversary of her death. They colluded with estranged family members who are out for gold-digging and divided our family irrevocably after our relative's death.
A really scruffy reception hall also.
