I instructed Rachael Harwin following the breakdown of a previous Child Arrangement Order. From the initial meeting Rachael put me completely at ease. It became quite a complex case, but her knowledge, kindness and transparency throughout has made a truly challenging and awful time somewhat bearable, and the incredibly positive outcome has reflected all of the hard work she has put in over the past months. Superb service from Lydia Griffin, who dealt with the sale of one of our properties. Kept us updated throughout the process and only a phone call away to deal with you personally, if needed. I've had experiences of other solicitors promising call backs that don't materialise......but with Farleys the phone is answered with courtesy and you can speak directly with the person dealing with your case (not sure if I can name the other company that I've had bad experiences with, but Curtis Law should take note!!). I've already recommended Farleys to work colleagues and will be using them again for future matters. Special mention for Lydia Griffin who dealt with my case.
