Alex represented me in our child arrangements case regarding my two sons. It was a very tough time in my life being a working Dad with both of my sons living full time with me and being a victim of domestic violence. Alex has been very empathetic and professional throughout the case and has drawn her expertise and experience to draw the case to an efficient close. Legal support can be deemed very costly and it is always daunting to employ legal services when there is no cost certainty of how much you will eventually spend. Alex and the team were very transparent with costs and kept me aware of spend throughout the process. Due to Alex's experience she was able to close the matter with court during case management which halted me having to go through unnecessary hearings and spend money unnecessarily. Alex suggested consideration of the use of a specialist barrister to help the case, and the combination of the barrister and Alex was a superbly professional team who efficiently drew matters to a relieving and successful close. Have no doubt, you are in excellent hands with Alex.

I instructed Rachael Harwin following the breakdown of a previous Child Arrangement Order. From the initial meeting Rachael put me completely at ease. I felt I could email her with any questions, no matter how silly they may have been and she responded promptly, even after the case. Lynsey is fantastic. I was facing a near-impossible situation where contact with my son was curtailed to a few days per month and worsening. I now have fifty-fifty shared care and a relationship that, at times during the lengthy court process, I never thought would be possible. Not only is Lynsey highly skilled, but she cares, and I think that is such an important and valuable characteristic when going through such a harrowing experience as the breakdown of a marriage and the blocking of access to your child. Importantly though, at no point have I ever felt that Lynsey has tried to appease me or needlessly sugar-coat matters. All advice has been very clear, professional, and ultimately correct. I cannot recommend Lynsey enough.
