Danielle Young was my solicitor for my negligence claim after an unsuccessful knee operation. Although we never meet everything was handled efficiently and professionally. What I thought was going to be a long drawn out case turned out not to be and everything was settled in my favour very quickly. Danielle was lovely to work with and explained everything every step of the way. I would like to thank Danielle for everything she and Nelsons did for me, just a shame we never met. Rachel Benton
