I was recommended to Affinity Law by a nurse at the hospital after road traffic accident. From the first contact with Sue Roberts and Lucy Roberts i knew i had made the correct decision. The team helped me in an amazing way and guided me through all the necessary steps. Always kept me up to date with everything and explaining the process. With in a year we finally got a settlement and concluded the matter.

I was recommended to Affinity Law by a friend after a horrible cycling accident causing me to spend three nights in the trauma unit of Queens medical centre. From first contact with this company I knew I had made the correct decision. I was treated with compassion and they ensured that I got the medical treatment that I needed.
I was given my own solicitor Holly Bowen, who stayed in contact and advised me through the legal process and made me feel a human being and not just a client. Often phoning me to see how I was feeling.
Holly stayed with me from start of my claim up until the successful conclusion, offering friendship and professional advise. Living alone its quite a scary process to go through alone, but Holly was a friendly voice on the end of the phone to offer advise and a friendly chat. I would not hesitate to recommend Affinity Law and Holly.

My partner suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of a road traffic accident. Our lives changed overnight, and I am extremely grateful for the support that Nicola gave to my partner and to myself as the primary caregiver. Throughout the case, Nicola fought the opposition with a steadfast determination and secured significant financial compensation for my partner. Back in December someone broke into my wife’s car at a service station in London, after I confronted him and we fought he managed to get away in his car and hit me, and do considerable damage to my wife’s car during his escape. Needless to say, police were called and up and after investigations it emerged that the car was on false plate and the driver couldn’t be traced.
The police said that there was nothing more that they could do but the case would remain open.
Me and my wife had to pay to fix the damage to the car, and I am still going through physio for my injuries.
I got in touch with Affinity Law, Sue in particular dealt with our case, as well as Jules her assistant, they were both incredible!
She advised that there was several avenues that we could go down, none of which I had ever heard of. After afew months we finally got to a settlement which covered all of our loss of earnings.
Sue and the whole team at Affinity Law were fantastic. From the very first phone call I felt at ease with them and that they were the people to deal with my case. Always kept me upto date with everything, explained everything clearly to me. And every correspondence they had with different people was always relayed to me.
Again, I can’t thank Affinity Law for all their help. Very knowledgable, and passionate about the services they provide.
Exactly how you would want a Law firm to deal with any case.
