He was absolutely instrumental in ensuring this deal reached completion, especially after we encountered significant and frustrating delays from third parties. John recently led all legal aspects of a long term lease for Howorth Air Tech of brand new premises at Raven Locks in Salford, the lease of which is critical for Howorth to manufacture Pharmaceutical Equipment for the production of the most advanced life saving drugs for Cancer treatment. This proved to be an extremely challenging process but all the way through John Lomax was tenacious, focused and operated with the highest level of professionalism at all times. Through periods of extremely high stress for the Howorth team John's communications were second to none. I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend John for anyone wishing to buy or rent premises.
